Dashboard Route Builder and Karoo Routes app now use same routing system: Better syncing and Improved cycling-specific routing
Fixes:
When linking a TrainingPeaks account, if the user declines to grant Hammerhead access, UI now returns them to the Dashboard Settings page.
In Route Builder, show the user an error message if the routing system cannot find a route because it would be too long (greater than 400km/250mi or 750km/466mi, depending on bike routing type).
